This is a conditioning camp focused on preparing swimmers for their upcoming season.
Open to anyone who is eligible for high school swimming the school year 2025-2026.
Daily Schedule:
- 45 minute dryland session
- 120 minute in-water training session
Camp Policy:
- All applications require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: $100.00 is non-refundable. No refunds 7 days before the first camp session starts.
- Application deadline, balance due, and medical release form due at registration.

NCAA Legislative requirements require that all camps be open to any entrants that meet age, grade level, and gender requirements for participation.
